Shipping and Returns

We ship the goods from Beirut-Lebanon via PickApp locally and via UPS internationally.

Orders placed before 2p.m will be shipped the next day excluding Sundays and Holidays. If you place an order after 2p.m, it will be shipped the very next working day. In the case where no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted we may retain the goods. We will leave you a notification and attempt to call you and rearrange the delivery.

If you are really tight on schedule, you may choose “At your convenience” option and specify a 3hr slot from Monday to Friday 10:00a.m to 8:00p.m and Saturdays from 9:00a.m to 4:00p.m. The earliest slot is 48hrs from the time of purchase. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted.

If you have any other specific requests like leaving the package with the neighbors or a safe place, or you need the package delivered to an alternative address, feel free to mention it in the delivery note or send us an email at feghali.karen@gmail.com

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• At your convenience

Pick a 3hr slot from Monday to Friday 10:00a.m to 8:00p.m and Saturdays from 9:00a.m to 4:00p.m. The earliest slot is 48hrs from the time of purchase. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted. This option is free within Lebanon.

• Next day

Order should be placed before 2p.m for the order to be shipped the next day. For areas beyond Ajaltoun, Batroun, Dammour, and Douar, order may take up to 48hrs. Please see map for reference. This option is free within Lebanon.

• Same day

THE GOOD GOOD SHOP offers same day delivery via Pickapp. On weekdays, your order should be placed before 12p.m for it to be shipped the same day, and before 10a.m on Saturdays. This option is not available for certain areas. This option is for 9$.

• Free Shipping within Lebanon

THE GOOD GOOD SHOP offers free shipping for orders within Lebanon. Make sure to select next day shipping, or shipping at your convenience at checkout for the free shipping to apply.

• International

THE GOOD GOOD SHOP ships worldwide via UPS. Wherever you are, your order will be at your doorstep within 7 days.

RETURNS

If you simply want to return your order, please fill out the return form here. You can return your order or product for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must be in the original packaging. Please note that customizable items are not eligible for a refund. 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund immediately. Depending on the shipping and on the bank or institute that you used to process the payment, it might take up to two or three weeks to get the cash back. If you are not eligible for cash refund, we will send you an email with your e-gift card exchange amount and direction to use it. 

Please note: Refunds don’t include shipping costs paid on your order (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason the order was refused by the customer or canceled during transit, shipping costs (outgoing and return) and any customizable or personalized items will be charged on the customer. Customizable or personalized items it may take up to 3 days to ship. Don't worry shipping will be done seperately if it is part of a bigger order.
