Prices

If THE GOOD GOOD SHOP makes an error in advertising the prices of the goods on the website, we will contact you and ask you if you want to continue with your purchase at the correct price. Payment

Payments may be made by debit or credit cards, cash on delivery, and egifts. We will consider all orders as an offer from you to THE GOOD GOOD SHOP to purchase the goods. Your order will be confirmed electronically by sending you an email. When we accept your purchase, offer and acceptance form a contract, and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these terms and conditions. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, which in this case we will inform you by telephone or email. Please note that verbal and electronic acknowledgement do not constitute order acceptance. We may use certain information about you when deciding whether we accept or decline your order and payment. Subscriptions

You can subscribe to receive our newsletters, tips and promotions by entering your email address in the footer or checking the box in your account. You can also subscribe to our recurring products like veggie basket, gift box, and other items by selecting the delivery options (every month, every two months, every three months) in the product page. If you subscribe for our monthly gift box, the selection of products may vary each month. If for any reason, your subscription item ran out of stock, and your credit card was already charged, we will inform you prior delivery, and offer you an alternative. If you refuse the alternative, we will return your money back. If for any reason the card was rejected, we put your order on hold for two days and send you and email to change your card details. If the payment was repeatedly rejected, we have the right to cancel your subscription. We also have the right to cancel any subscription that we believe violates these terms and condition or is in any way harmful to our business. Please note that by subscribing you agree to pay the recurring fees for the products you are supplied with. You may cancel your current subscriptions at any time by removing it from the subscription page in your account.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

If your order includes a delivery charge, it will be shown separately in your order confirmation page. The delivery charge will be dependent on the delivery method, date and time of delivery, delivery address, weight, and value of your order. Although we endeavor to deliver all orders conveniently and efficiently as stated on our website, shipping dates and arrival time are estimates. There might be occasions where the deliveries get delayed, which in this case we will inform you by telephone or email. If you believe that all or part of your order is damaged or missing, you must notify THE GOOD GOOD SHOP within 40 days of the date of your purchase. Any shipped merchandise claimed as not received will be subject to our investigation, and replacement of products or funds to your account will be at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancelation of your membership. If for any reason the order was refused by the customer or canceled during transit, shipping costs (outgoing and return), in addition for any customizable or personalized products will be charged on the customer. THE GOOD GOOD SHOP is not responsible for customs fees and additional fees.
